Psychotherapy
People enter therapy for many reasons. I believe that you are the expert about your life, but there are obstacles in your way hindering you to live the life you want. You may find yourself struggling with life transitions, trauma related issues, relationship issues, identify issues, depression, anxiety, or you may want space to better understand yourself.
I believe that therapy is a collaborative process between you and me. We will work together in order for you to live a more authentic and meaningful life. Within the collaborative relationship, we will explore patterns of thinking, behaving, and interacting with others that are not working for you (i.e. you are not getting the results you want). We will work towards gaining insight, increasing your self-awareness, and deepening your understanding of factors contributing to your present struggles. We will develop solutions that fit and address your unique life circumstance(s). In turn, you will resolve the issues that brought you into therapy, and will have a healthier, meaning and productive life.

Clinical Supervision and Consultation
I have experience providing clinical supervision to pre-doctorate clinical psychology students, clinical psychology interns, post-doctoral candidates in clinical psychology, and psychiatry residents. If you are in need of clinical supervision, please contact me to see if we would be a good fit and to ensure I can provide the necessary supervision for you at this time in your career.
